Our Company

Santa Cruz Surfboard Rentals is located in Santa Cruz County and is a family-business, owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Felix and Nicole Alfaro.

History

Santa Cruz Surfboard Rentals was born from Sand Dollar Surfboard Repair, which has been the Monterey Bay's first choice for surfboard repair since 1993.

Surfing

Owner Felix Alfaro first began his surfing journey in 1982, surfing at the many beachbreaks from Santa Cruz to Monterey. The perfection of these cold water surfspots in California led him to search for uncrowded waves around the globe, finding warm water, perfect waves, and a true appreciation for the surfing experience. Today, he continues to share his stoke with his customers as they begin their surfing experience.
